The Kansas City Region of Teach For America wanted to bring experienced, TFA alumni teachers to the region. So here's what I did for them:
 
  • Set the groundwork for the recruiting and selection season of their charter regional teaching fellowship program.

  • Conducted market research and built a pipeline of 2000 leads for the fellowship.

  • Developed marketing and messaging collateral to engage fellowship leads.
